1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context clearly requires otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the toke88 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during a Member's registration and continued use of the service:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. toke88 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 and enforces this restriction through mandatory KYC verification at account registration and at each withdrawal request. Any account identified as belonging to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and permanently closed.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. toke88 is a platform designed and optimized for Indonesian players, and its payment infrastructure, support services, and promotional calendar reflect that focus. Members residing outside Indonesia may face limitations on payment method availability and support access.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable in your place of residence. Persons who are legally declared incompetent or who are subject to any court order restricting their ability to enter contracts are not permitted to register.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one active toke88 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or family member of a toke88 employee, contractor, or agent. Such persons are expressly excluded from participation in real-money play and promotions.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money betting services on toke88, you must complete the account registration process in full. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

3.1 Registration Requirements. During registration you will be required to provide, at minimum: your full legal name (as it appears on your national ID), a valid and active email address, a valid Indonesian mobile phone number, your date of birth, and a chosen username and password. toke88 reserves the right to request additional information at any stage of the registration or verification process.

3.2 KYC Verification. Before processing any withdrawal request, toke88 requires you to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This involves submitting a clear copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document — specifically an Indonesian National Identity Card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP Nasional) — along with any additional documentation that toke88 may reasonably request, including proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. Documents must be in color, legible, and unexpired.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. toke88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify toke88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Account Suspension. toke88 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or any other compliance review. During a suspension, deposits may be accepted but withdrawals will be held pending resolution of the matter under review.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. toke88 currently supports the following Indonesian payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. toke88 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice to Members.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and vary by account tier and verification status; contact customer support for current limits applicable to your account.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via all supported Indonesian banks and e-wallets are typically credited to your account balance in real time. In the event of a technical delay, please allow up to 30 minutes before contacting support. toke88 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. For fully KYC-verified accounts, withdrawal requests to Indonesian bank accounts and e-wallets are typically processed within 5–15 minutes during WIB business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Withdrawals submitted outside business hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next business window. Withdrawal requests above Rp 50.000.000 may be subject to additional security verification and may take up to one full business day to process.

4.5 Withdrawal to Matching Account. For fraud prevention purposes, all withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your toke88 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be declined.

4.6 Pending Bonus Obligations. Withdrawals from accounts with active bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full before any withdrawal can be processed. Requesting a withdrawal before wagering requirements are satisfied will result in automatic forfeiture of any outstanding bonus balance.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by toke88 are subject to these general terms and any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

5.2 Welcome Bonus. New Members who complete registration and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the toke88 Welcome Bonus, currently a 100% match on the first deposit up to a maximum of Rp 1.000.000. The welcome bonus is subject to a 10× wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made. This offer is available to each Member once only.

5.3 Wagering Contributions. Not all bet types contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Unless otherwise specified in an individual promotion's terms, the following default contribution rates apply: sports bets (pre-match and live) — 100%; live casino (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play) — 100%; slots — 100%; togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) — 50%; other game types — as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.

5.4 Abuse and Bonus Fraud. toke88 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a single-use promotion, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit (hedging), using automated betting software (bots), or any other conduct designed to exploit a promotion in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose. toke88 reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any related winnings, and permanently close any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse.

5.5 Expiry. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire 30 days from the date of crediting. Any unmet wagering requirements and associated bonus balances will be automatically forfeited upon expiry.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are accepted at the sole discretion of toke88. toke88 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at any time, including after acceptance, in cases of manifest error, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms. Bets accepted in error (e.g., at clearly incorrect odds) may be voided and the stake refunded.

6.2 Sports Betting. toke88 offers pre-match and live in-play betting markets across a broad range of domestic and international sports, including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Piala AFF, FIFA World Cup qualifiers, and other Timnas Indonesia fixtures. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are available on all supported football markets. Specific rules governing individual sports markets are published in the betting rules section of the platform.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet vary by market, event, and account tier. Current stake limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. toke88 reserves the right to impose additional stake restrictions on individual accounts at its discretion, particularly where abnormal betting patterns are detected.

6.4 Void Bets. Bets may be voided (and stakes returned) in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, postponement beyond 24 hours, force majeure events, or manifest pricing errors. In the case of a mix parlay, if one leg is voided, the accumulator will be recalculated based on the remaining valid legs.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the toke88 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided and the account subject to closure.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including structuring deposits or withdrawals to avoid reporting thresholds.
• Colluding with other Members to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Attempting to access another Member's account without authorization.
• Using the platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward toke88 staff or other Members via any communication channel.
• Circumventing any self-exclusion, deposit limit, or other responsible gaming restriction placed on an account by the Member or by toke88.

8 Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership. All content on the toke88 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of toke88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited License. toke88 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes and strictly in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content.

8.3 Third-Party Content. Certain games and content available on toke88 are provided under license from third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. Such content remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is subject to that studio's own terms of use in addition to these Terms.

9 Privacy & Data

The collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them.

By registering an account on toke88, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the use of your data for KYC verification, fraud prevention, account management, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications.

toke88 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions and stores personal data on secure, access-controlled servers. toke88 will never sell your personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

10 Limitations of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability. toke88 makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. toke88 shall not be liable for any losses — including lost betting opportunities or unsettled winnings — arising from platform downtime.

10.2 Betting Losses. toke88 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by Members as a result of betting or gaming activity conducted on the platform. All betting involves risk, and Members accept sole responsibility for their wagering decisions and outcomes.

10.3 Third-Party Services. toke88 is not liable for any losses, delays, or errors arising from the actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, telecommunications providers, or any other third-party service integrated with the platform.

10.4 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, toke88's aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Termination

11.1 Voluntary Closure. You may close your toke88 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Before closure is finalized, all active bonus balances will be forfeited and any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Remaining real-money balance will be returned to your designated withdrawal method within 5 business days.

11.2 Termination by toke88. toke88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, identity misrepresentation, underage gambling, or regulatory compliance requirements. In the event of termination for cause, toke88 may withhold any funds pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any real-money balance will be returned net of applicable fees.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure or termination, your license to use the platform is immediately revoked. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitations of liability, and governing law shall survive termination of your account and continue in full force and effect.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles applicable to the jurisdiction in which toke88 holds its operating license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules. The language of all proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent toke88 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

13 Amendments

toke88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, toke88 will notify registered Members via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the platform homepage. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the toke88 platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 11.1. We encourage Members to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
